We, RGDA members commit ourselves to act according to the highest ethical standards in the industry. As professionals, RGDA members established an ethics code which has the following objectives which we adhere to:
Respect intellectual property rights
Promote and actively seek to share best practices while also protecting intellectual property
Avoid conflicts of interest
Promote a correct, responsible and legal use of the algorithms we have
Reject bribe in any of its forms
Spare no efforts in promoting awareness and respect for our industry
To promote this code of ethics in the industry and inside our studios.
As professionals in the industry we believe that
Discrimination and toleration for discrimination in any of its form (race, sex, faith, sexuality, family status, nationality) harms our industry and it is unacceptable behaviour
Safety at work (mental and physical) is an inalienable right of all employees in the industry
For the integrity of our association and of our companies individually, we will take note and respect all the laws of the region where we act in
